Refund policy
At Crucial Content Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging and condition, with all tags attached and unworn. We cannot accept returns for items that show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
To initiate a return, please email us at our email address with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at crucialcontentllc@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
